The Solution
MezzMaster designed a 16′ x 20′ x 9′ modular office sized to fit directly below the building’s existing structures. Rather than settling for a smaller footprint to play it safe, the design captured the full space the client had been given. Every dimension was planned around the real conditions of the building, so the finished office feels like it was always meant to be there.
