When a production floor runs at full speed, the people managing it still need a quiet, climate-controlled place to work. That was the challenge for a South Jersey client who came to Mezzmaster with a very specific problem. They needed a real office inside their facility, but the space available sat tucked beneath the building’s existing structures, and every inch mattered.

Production spaces are loud, dusty, and hard to control when it comes to temperature. The client wanted to separate office work from the noise and environment of the production floor without building a traditional room or moving operations. The area they had to work with was tight, with low overhead obstructions and very little room for crews and equipment to maneuver.

MezzMaster designed a 16′ x 20′ x 9′ modular office sized to fit directly below the building’s existing structures. Rather than settling for a smaller footprint to play it safe, the design captured the full space the client had been given. Every dimension was planned around the real conditions of the building, so the finished office feels like it was always meant to be there.

Speed was a big part of this project. The office shipped within 7 days of drawing approval, which kept the client’s timeline short and their operation moving. Once on site, our team completed the installation in just 2 days.

Working in a confined area can slow a project down and make a mess of an active facility. This install stayed clean and organized from start to finish. Modular construction keeps cutting, dust, and disruption to a minimum, which matters when production is running right next door.

The client now has a dedicated office that provides noise reduction, HVAC, and true environmental separation from the production space. Staff can focus, meetings can happen without shouting over machinery, and the office environment is comfortable year round. The client was thrilled with the outcome, and we were glad to deliver it quickly and with minimal disruption.

If your warehouse or manufacturing floor needs a controlled space for offices, quality control, or meetings, a modular office may be the fastest and most flexible way to get it.
