At Mezzmaster by Westhead Associates Inc., we specialize in delivering tailored solutions that address complex facility needs and optimize operational efficiency. Recently, we completed an impressive project for a valued client in New Jersey, showcasing the versatility and effectiveness of our innovative systems. This project highlights how our clean mezzanine construction, and PFlow lift system transformed our client’s facility.

Our project began with the construction of a custom mezzanine featuring our patent pending closed tubular design. This robust mezzanine was engineered to maximize the vertical space in the client’s facility, allowing for the integration of essential equipment without compromising ground floor operations. Enclosed with insulated metal panels, this structure provides both structural strength and superior thermal insulation.

Key Benefits:

To the rear of the facility, we constructed a state of the art clean mezzanine environment using insulated metal panels. This area was designed to provide a controlled environment with precise temperature containment, which is crucial for sensitive manufacturing processes.

Features:

Building on our custom mezzanine, we constructed a second level within the clean area. This additional level was essential for optimizing workflow and organizing heavy equipment. By utilizing our modular mezzanine system, we provided a scalable solution that supports the client’s current and future operational requirements.

Advantages:

To support the new vertical layout, we installed a PFlow lift system. This advanced vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) was implemented to facilitate the transportation of heavy production equipment to the second floor. The PFlow system ensures the safe and efficient movement of large items, enhancing the facility’s operational capabilities.

Benefits:

This project encapsulates the diverse solutions we provide to our New Jersey clients. From the custom tubular mezzanine and clean room environments to the integrated PFlow lift system, each element plays a critical role in facility optimization. Our integrated approach not only addressed the client’s immediate needs but also positioned them for long term growth.
